Make the fun last all year with a membership to The Children's Museum of Portsmouth. We offer a range of membership options -- all of which include these terrific benefits:
- Free admission to the museum for a full year
- Free admission to museum special events, including New Year's Eve Party, the Family Music Series and Costume Day
- Free subscription to Curiosity Times, the museum's bi-monthly newsletter and calendar of events
- Discounts on guest admissions, programs, birthday parties and private museum rentals
- A 10% discount in the museum shop

- Advance registration for programs
Plus, your museum membership is tax-deductible as allowed by law. Please note that it may take 5-7 days for your credit card order to be processed.
Gift Memberships Available!
Any of the membership types listed below can be purchased as a holiday gift by calling the museum at (603) 436-3853 during regular business hours. Choose a regular family membership or make your gift go even further with a combined reciprocal membership that grants access to 350+ museums and science centers nationwide. A membership gift certificate package can be sent to you to give personally or mailed directly to the recipient. Museum membership is the gift that lasts all year long, and offers a family you love many wonderful opportunities for fun and learning. (Sorry, gift memberships are not currently able to be ordered online.)

Children's Museum of Portsmouth Family Membership

Grandparent Membership

ACM & ASTC Combined Reciprocal Membership
- All basic member benefits
- All member benefits from the Association of Childrens Musuems (ACM) and the Association of Science & Technology Centers (ASTC)
- Free admission to 100 other children's museums nationwide (visit www.childrensmuseums.org/programs/recip_program.htm for a full list of participating museums).
- Free admission, according to their guidelines, to more than 200 science centers and museums nationwide (visit http://www.astc.org/members/passlist.htm for full list of participating institutions).
- $100 per family of any size
("Family" is defined as persons living together as one household.)

Corporate Membership
Corporate members receive the following benefits as designated by their level of contribution:
- ASTC/ACM Family Passes: These passes may be used by employees and their families to enter over 250 museums nationwide free of charge. This will be a great perk for employees while they travel on vacation. Visit www.childrensmuseums.org/reciprocal.htm and http://www.astc.org/members/passlist.htm for full list of participating institutions. (ASTC/ACM Passes must be returned to the corporate office for use by other employees.)
- Family Member Passes: Corporate members receive these passes for use by employee families. Each pass admits six guests, and additional guests receive a 20% discount on admission. Also, employees are offered personal family memberships at a 20% discount. (Family Passes must be returned to the corporate office for use by other employees.)
- One-Day Passes: Day passes are a flexible way for you to say "Thank You" -- to your employees, clients, and guests. These one-time-use passes are easy to use and require no special arrangements. Each pass admits one person free of charge. (One-Day Passes do not need to be returned.)
- Staff Party or Family Night: This benefit is available to corporate members at the top three levels. On one evening each year you may reserve the museum for exclusive use, for a staff party, family event, or other corporate function of your choice.
- Discounts: The Children's Museum is a very popular and unique place to give a party, whether it's a child's birthday or a holiday event for your staff. All corporate members and their employees receive reduced rates on special events, facility rentals, birthday parties, and educational programs. In addition, any visitor with a corporate member pass will receive a 10% discount in our Museum Shop.
- Recognition: Corporate membership extends your company's employee benefits package and supports the educational programs of the museum. Your company will be listed on the museum's donor wall and in museum publications, including our annual report and newsletter.
- And more: Success in any business depends on communication! We keep our members up-to-date through Curiosity Times, our bimonthly newletter and calendar, invitations to previews and openings, and advance notification of special events. Our comprehensive website offers instant information on daily activities, upcoming events, hours, directions, and more. Museum staff is always available to make a presentation to employees at your workplace, and we also provide materials to promote the museum's offerings.
