Wonder & Wellness

Mental Health Matters

In response to overwhelming requests for mental and emotional wellbeing programs from local families, the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire in 2023 launched the Wonder & Wellness Initiative. This effort seeks to support children and family’s emotional development and wellbeing by providing helpful tips and habits, curating local resources and inviting area professionals to our space for informational talks.  The Children’s Museum of NH, long seen as a safe place, free of stigma, is pleased to offer this important programming as we adapt to meet the needs of New Hampshire families today.

Free Speaker Series

CMNH has partnered with a variety of local mental and emotional wellbeing professionals to offer an educational free speaker series, designed for parents and caregives to support their child’s and their own emotional wellbeing.

These workshops have included a simple pizza dinner as well as limited free childcare for ages 4 and up (must use bathroom independently) for participating families during speaker presentation.

Check back soon for 2026-2027 dates and topics.
