Wacky Art Wednesdays
Join us at the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire every Wednesday at either 10:30am or 2:30pm to do a wacky and wonderful art project. Children are invited to join our educators to make a wacky and wonderful art project to take home! We’ll take inspiration from art in our own Gallery 6, from famous artists, or from the world around us. Want to join in? Simply reserve spots in the museum’s play session that correspond to the date of the Wacky Art Wednesday you want to join! Included with museum admission, and as always, free for Members! Books Alive with Clifford the Big Red Dog
Clifford the Big Red Dog, that pup grown ginormous from LOVE, will be visiting the museum to greet young fans and help promote the love of reading! Books Alive seeks to make reading a regular family experience. Museum educators will be doing a story time while a friendly costumed Clifford visits! Clifford will be available for hugs, high-paws, and photos at 10am during the morning play session (9am–noon) and at 2pm during the afternoon play session (1–4pm). Each story time lasts approximately 30 minutes—please time your arrival accordingly to guarantee a visit with Clifford. There will also be a variety of Clifford-inspired literacy, math, and creative activities. Want to meet Clifford? Simply reserve spots in the museum’s morning or afternoon play session that correspond to the date of the Books Alive program you want to join—it’s included with museum admission and, as always, free for Members!
