SCARE NH Free Costume Giveaway Event
S.C.A.R.E. stands for Secondhand Costume Annual Redistribution Effort—and their efforts are coming to the Children’s Museum of NH in Dover for a free costume giveaway. This event is open to the public, but to stay and play in the museum exhibits, normal museum admission applies. Come check out all the amazing free costumes, sign a simple waiver, and take home some Halloween magic for the kids. Costumes range in size from infant up to adult sizes. Visitors are welcome to bring in costumes to donate to S.C.A.R.E., but it is not required to participate.

Celebrate your child's next birthday with us! Birthday Parties are available to book at CMNH on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Families have access to a private classroom area for food and cake, along with complete access to the museum's exhibits. The museum is closed to the public during birthday parties, however parties are at the same time and are NOT private. If you want a private party, you must book both party times. Parents are expected to stay with their children while playing in the museum, and help them follow museum rules. Children may not be left unattended at any time. Online booking required.
