Celebrate your child's next birthday with us! Birthday Parties are available to book at CMNH on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Families have access to a private classroom area for food and cake, along with complete access to the museum's exhibits. The museum is closed to the public during birthday parties, however parties are at the same time and are NOT private. If you want a private party, you must book both party times. Parents are expected to stay with their children while playing in the museum, and help them follow museum rules. Children may not be left unattended at any time. Online booking required. Toddler Tinker Time: Puppets
Join us for a weekly program that emphasizes the importance of tinkering! Tinkering helps little ones develop fine motor skills, increases problem solving abilities, and is an open invitation to foster peer relationships! What is tinkering?! Tinkering can range from taking something apart and putting it back together to making an open-ended sculpture, to playing with “loose parts” and special science tools. We will have different activities every week and some old favorites will pop up again and again. Want to join in? Simply reserve spots in the museum’s morning play session that correspond to the date of the Toddler Tinker Time you want to join - it’s included with museum admission, and as always, free for Members! Join us at the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire every Wednesday at either 10:30am or 2:30pm to do a wacky and wonderful art project. Children are invited to join our educators to make a wacky and wonderful art project to take home! We’ll take inspiration from art in our own Gallery 6, from famous artists, or from the world around us. Want to join in? Simply reserve spots in the museum’s play session that correspond to the date of the Wacky Art Wednesday you want to join! Included with museum admission, and as always, free for Members! STEAM programs are sponsored by Granite State Development Corporation, Breezeline, Eversource, Sprague, and Novocure. RESERVE YOUR SPOT
