Celebrate your child's next birthday with us! Birthday Parties are available to book at CMNH on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Families have access to a private classroom area for food and cake, along with complete access to the museum's exhibits. The museum is closed to the public during birthday parties, however parties are at the same time and are NOT private. If you want a private party, you must book both party times. Parents are expected to stay with their children while playing in the museum, and help them follow museum rules. Children may not be left unattended at any time. Online booking required. Ancient Greek Discovery Summer Camp
Tuesday, July 28 – Thursday, July 30 8:30–11:30am This camp at the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire in Dover is a fun opportunity for kids (ages 6–7) to travel back in time to ancient Greece. Campers will learn about heroes, gods, and monsters through exciting stories, fun crafts, and even Olympic games! Each day starts with playtime in the award-winning museum exhibits. Weather permitting, campers will enjoy outdoor playtime in the park. Campers are asked to pack a water bottle and snack. Cost: $165 (Members $145). Pre-registration and pre-payment required. Children are invited to join our educators to make a wacky and wonderful art project to take home! We’ll take inspiration from art in our own Gallery 6, from famous artists, or from the world around us. Want to join in? Simply reserve spots in the museum’s play session that correspond to the date of the Wacky Art Wednesday you want to join! Included with museum admission, and as always, free for Members!
