A Mini Farm and a Bouncy Play Loft Open at Children’s Museum of New Hampshire
Tuesday, February 13, 2025 (Dover, NH) – The Children’s Museum of New Hampshire in Dover celebrates the opening of two new exhibits that have been under construction since September. Museum Members got a sneak peek at the two spaces Thursday, February 13th during an evening opening event. “Little Farmers” features a life-size cow and pig, crops to harvest, a “hen-house”, and is covered in beautiful paintings by local artist Karen Busch Holman. The “Play Loft” is an open space featuring rotating active-play exhibits with different themes, the first of which is “Bounce!”
The two exhibits expand the museum’s foot print by 1,000 square feet. The museum now features 17,000 square feet of unique, hands-on play space, and is one of the most visited family friendly destinations in New Hampshire, serving over 104,000 people every year. Reservations are required to visit the museum.
