Celebrate your child's next birthday with us! Birthday Parties are available to book at CMNH on Friday and Sunday afternoons. Families have access to a private classroom area for food and cake, along with complete access to the museum's exhibits. The museum is closed to the public during birthday parties, however parties are at the same time and are NOT private. If you want a private party, you must book both party times. Parents are expected to stay with their children while playing in the museum, and help them follow museum rules. Children may not be left unattended at any time. Online booking required. “Paper Mosaics” Art Workshop with Cassie Doyon
Join artist Cassie Doyon to learn about mosaics and make your own paper mosaic fish! Cassie will share the steps needed to make mosaics, show examples of her work, and invite participants to make their own paper mosaics. This workshop is included with regular Museum admission and free for members. No separate registration required—please reserve tickets online for the Wednesday morning play session, 9am–Noon. Cassie’s work is currently featured in the museum’s Gallery 6 art exhibition “Curious Creatures” on view through September, 2025. Learn More
Wacky Art Wednesdays
Join us at the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire every Wednesday at either 10:30am or 2:30pm to do a wacky and wonderful art project. Children are invited to join our educators to make a wacky and wonderful art project to take home! We’ll take inspiration from art in our own Gallery 6, from famous artists, or from the world around us. Want to join in? Simply reserve spots in the museum’s play session that correspond to the date of the Wacky Art Wednesday you want to join! Included with museum admission, and as always, free for Members!
